CANCELLATION POLICY

At Super Natural Spa, we strive to provide a personalized and positive experience for every client. When you book an appointment, that time is reserved exclusively for you. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask that you provide as much notice as possible so that we have an opportunity to offer that appointment time to another client. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy • Appointments canceled or rescheduled 24–48 hours before the scheduled appointment time will be charged 50% of the reserved service(s). • Appointments canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will be charged 75% of the reserved service(s), as there is often insufficient time to fill the reserved appointment. • Same-day cancellations made within 4 hours of the scheduled appointment time, missed appointments, and no-shows may be charged up to 100% of the reserved service(s). We understand that illnesses, emergencies, and unexpected situations can arise. If you are unable to make your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible at 586-255-8077 via text or phone call. While fees may still apply, we will always do our best to handle these situations with fairness, understanding, and respect. Thank you for valuing our time as much as we value yours.
